RICH CELENZA and his Co-host ROBERT BENANATI talk about what the future of real estate in Florida may look like. Robert talks about how he really doesn't know what is going the happen. He doesn't think there will be a crash like in 2008, but he definitely thinks the market will eventually settle down. That goes for people moving to Florida as well. Rich compares the real estate market to what happened with California in the late '70s and early '80s. They both also talk about what the job market in Central Florida may look like in the future if the housing market keeps going up.
