RICH CELENZA discusses that one of the things he wished he learned when first starting to workout was to start off light and do it right. A lot of people start working out and get more caught up with their ego and start lifting heavy weights incorrectly. So instead of helping their body, they just end up hurting it. People need to first learn how to workout correctly not only because it will help them get better results, but just as importantly prevent them from getting injured.
