RICH CELENZA sits down with ARTHUR TASSINELLO about the three books he has written along with what he is doing at this exact point and time. The two discuss how Arthur has learned how he someone who always come from a place of love. They also talk about what he learned in his past and the jouney he has taken which leads him to living the life he always dreamt of.
Arthur Tassinell's Bio: Since college my life has been a continuous journey of taking the opportunities that presented themselves. From my first venture in the mid 70’s the lessons have been endless from learning how manage a business from balancing budgets, to marketing, advertising and being a good leader and above all the significance of building and maintaining relationships. I've enjoyed 40 years of following my heart into many profitable business ventures such as construction, technology, sports promotion, real estate, app development, operating a retail store, to being an advisor and counselor to businesses and people. But In 2009 as the world around me collapsed I was called to write and since then he I have authored 3 books. These books are my passion, which is living, speaking and teaching the importance of relationships, loving who you are and what you do and how to find happiness, peace and success through integrity and transparency. While there are schools of thought that say a leader must assert dominance, I have always remained people-focused and heart-centered.
Treating employees and clients like they were friends. This not only makes good business sense, but also makes me feel good, lets me get a peaceful nights rest and in the long run it's a 'win-win' for everyone.
