RICH CELENZA talks about how he spent year's working on how to master Meditation and how to evolve his mind. Rich started to get to the point where he could meditate for minutes up to hours if feeling like doing so. But Rich realized in time while mediating he didn't feel much better, but more less bored.
Rich also realized was when he was still and very calm and thought about multiple things he loved doing or what he wanted to create was what made him feel relaxed, calm and more confident.
