But Rich thinks a lot of men have been programmed to constantly hit on women, instead of learning at first how to just have incredible conversations with them. A lot of men also try getting a women's phone number or go on a date with them too quickly. Rich thinks men need to learn how to take their time and understand it's about quality, not quantity.
