over the years when it came to working out. Rich thinks a lot of
people go through many different phases throughout their life,
which can also take a toll on their workouts.
Some people can get bored and lazy and just lose interest over time. But a lot of people also get injured which sometimes makes them want to quit. People also take on to much when working out and instead of looking forward to their next workout makes them want to quit!
