RICH CELENZA talks about how people need to learn to not only take shit form anyone but most importantly not take it from themselves. People need to stop lying too themselves and stop being lazy and afraid to go after the things they desire. They also need to learn that a lot of people that are surrounded by may not always have their best interest.

People need to start standing up not only for themselves, but others that they love as well. That includes family, friends and colleagues.
